The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
Just starting some cards for static fortifications, which need more variety than just blatting away like a frigate.
Here is the first in my Tripoli campaign series.
French will follow with distinctions between trained artillerists and add hock Militia manned forts etc.
Also old bronze and cast iron guns.
