    Further improvements to the AI tacking. Getting an imaginary player with no senses to sail a boat well is not an easy task!

    The only real change this time is on the Second Turn Red Arc Chart.

    The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.

    Heck, sometimes when I make a less than stellar maneuver, I think, "the blinking AI would sail better!"
