    Looking good Dobbs. Those are styrene sails, right? How are you shaping them? Hot water? Heat gun?

    You're exactly right, Vol. 0.020" Styrene sheets from Evergreen.

    I originally tried 0.010" but it didn't shape as well.

    I shape them by wrapping them over a small dowel or handle of a modeling paint brush. Finger warmth seems to be enough.

    That is interesting Dobbs. I have been using a bit thicker sheet and forming over dowel of various sizes but heating with Mrs Bligh's crafting hot air gun.
    I will try that thinner styrene next time I send an order to Evergreen.
