    The photo is of the "turnaround tour" that Constitution does every 4th of July to maintain her US Navy commission -- she will be sailing once again today. Regrettably, I did not win a spot on her in the lottery for today's cruise....

    Me too! But I can't complain, they do give preference to active duty military and their families, so I'm good with that.
