AAR's
I have noticed that more people have posted 10 AARs that are not in the Campaign than those who have taken part in it. Therefore, if you have done at least 10 proper AARs outside the campaign which are illustrated with pictures of the main points of the action and comments please, apply for your medal.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
