    Constitution LBP 175' (between perpendiculars)
Typical British 74 LGD ~168' (including perpendiculars)
HMS Victory LGD 186' (incl perps)

So if you have a 74 and an RN threedecker, a Humphreys superfrigate should slot in around halfway between.

She is as long as the middling classes (of the earlier type), larger than the early common 74 (164ft-170ft gets you from Dublin to Canada), but smaller than the later "french pattern" 74s.
175ft on the Gundeck - the Leda 18pdr Frigate is 152ft by the same measure.

The large Frigate is narrower than the 74 though by a noticeable amount, and her burden is 'around' 1550-1570 tuns, with the 64s being around 1350tuns, and smallish 74s around 1605 tuns, up to 2200 for the larger 'French' pattern.

This length on deck is for the 'gundeck' and not the armed upper deck or the forecastle/quarterdeck/spardeck - this is 'blind' on frigates and approximates the waterline length, as it does on the bluffer ships of the line with their lower port height (where the gundeck is indeed armed).
It is however the length inside the planking - or from the inside of the stem and stern post (inside the rudder post), so identifying exactly where it lies on a small model can be a bit tricky.
