    Default Rigging

    Wow....looks very good
    2 small questions I have
1.) what type of riggs you have used?
2.) what is the size of the holes you have drilled into the ship? 0.5mm?. And 0.3mm "rope"? Or smaller?

    Thank you

    Best,
    Lutz

    Thank you.

I have used polyester sewing thread. Natural fibers have a tendency to streach if The holes are drilled using a 0.5 mm drill and when putting the thread through I use superglue to stiffen the end of the thread to a "built in needle".

    Thank you for your answers.

I havent found black nylon here in Singapore (at the moment). So I have tried with "standard" sewing first. (Too many thick fingers).
Waiting for my mini drill (0.5mm) to create some "rat lines"
And I have changed/added some paintings (using Citadel shade "Seraphim Sepia" for the sails and normal CITADEL colors for masts and square riggs)
Many plans in my head for building addons (like smoke markers).
    We will see....... :-)

Having just looked back at your disabled ship Jonas, it looks so appealing I think it is time to do one of those myself.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
