Default Historical Order of Battle: Basque Roads

Since Rob's working on Basque Roads, here's a companion OrBat thread. You'll note there are *two* British fleet entries, I'm splitting it between Gambier's and Cochrane's squadrons so that those so inclined can explore the question of "what if Gambier had seen fit to join the fight."

    A very useful edition DB.
Wish I had it before Doncaster.
Choosing the most appropriate ships using Winfield was a major undertaking.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.

Rob, as soon as you decide what you're doing for next year's Doncaster event send me an email flagged "Highest Priority" and I'll see what I can do. :)
