    Default Hello, all

As you can probably tell from the nametag on the left, I'm either MortuusSum or Craig, depending on which you prefer. I'm currently living in Ottawa, and I've been shopping around between a few different sets of naval wargaming rules, looking for the one I can hack apart and put back together most easily, with the end goal of marrying it (Frankenstein stile) to my group's ongoing D&D game. It's also a pretty good excuse to buy a kind of model I haven't worked with before , and start doing reading about a period I haven't touched in the past. I look forward to discussing with you all!

And now a formal welcome to you on behalf of all the sailors based here on the Anchorage Craig. I am sure that you will find us a friendly and informative lot even though I let you down at the first hurdle.
See you in the Wardroom for a chinwag and a few tots later.
    Rob.
The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
