Customs had them for ages, and then sent thm to my local Depot who took three days to notify me before I could go and collect, but they are still in plenty of time for the game and add a fine array of smaller ships to my collection.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
Leave it to the government to delay things! Glad they showed up in time for the fight...
