I would guess a possible way of using three levels could be bronze as participation, silver as help out and gold as being the organizer.
The one who has helped me out doesn't own Sails and isn't active on the forum so bronze and gold would probably be best.
Sorry can't do that for Minor cons Jonas. Keith set the parameters as just Participant and GM level.
