    I would also like to congratulate Sven, Comte de Brueys, who on this day became only the 10th officer to attain the rank of captain at the Anchorage. As three of those Captains have attained the rank of Admiral, that places him as seventh in the captain's list.
    Very well done Captain.

    Missed my own promotion due to the short trip to Austria at the beginning of July...
