I am unable to award a top thread starter for this month as several shipmates tied in what was a very poor turnout.
Come on chaps get those AARs and punchy new rules systems etc. in this month. Remember the really big prize is at the end of the year and as yet there is no clear front runner.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.
