I stumbled upon this complete 1952 movie, Yankee Buccaneer, on YouTube. It is about a U S Navy ship on a secret mission disguised as a pirate ship. I don't recall ever seeing it. It is typical Hollywood stuff of the 50's, not very historical, but amusing.
