Thanks for the diagram. I knew there was angle tweaking left to do and this is the reason I post update progress here is for the critiques.

Currently:
The sails (aside from running and taken aback) just adjust parallel to the wind. I knew it wasn’t perfect but it is the way I program so that I make a lot of progress and with progress I pick up new ideas or may change creative direction so I won’t waste too much time and or get mired in the details and progress grinds to a halt. Then usually what happens is later while working on some other feature I get tired of seeing it wrong and I tackle it.





My Final Vision to come:
The end result will mirror your diagram. Plus, I will add a little angle to the pennant to deviate it slightly from the wind direction to account for the ships speed ( true wind direction?)
