Hello guys. It’s been awhile since I got to work on this project. Lots of stuff going on. During the holidays I plan to get some more work done on this. I am going to be using Blender, a free program that does a lot of cool things. I believe this tool will fill in the areas I cannot handle from a programming aspect such as textures and animations. I am going to try and model the rear of the ship around the captains cabin to see how it works.
I also plan on doing some animation for the crew. This will be hilariously bad but fun none the less.
Here is a test render of a partial doubloon I sculpted out in 5 minutes. It’s a pretty neat piece of software.
