    What is in store for v.40: (wish list)
    * Ship location setup (map play)
    * shoals and reefs (map play and form play)
    * more movement decks (map play)
    * some crew skills and captain/crew cards (map and form play)
    * Forts (map and form play)
    * Vanilla Solo AI (map and form play)
    * Powder Monkey AI (map play only)
    * Map and Ship visual enhancements
    * Chit counter manipulation (adds more sets)
