The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.

What a delightful video! I long for a video like this that shows the ship at work, especially if it were narrated to describe the art of the sail and the use of the rigging! I would love to sail on such a ship and see her and all her hands doing their thing. Mrs. Clipper keeps hiding my tall ship "Windjammer Cruise" adverts I order, something about my next wife . . . thanks! Filled a few moments in a tough day with some wonderful distraction . . .

    Glad you enjoyed that Dave.

You may like to have a look at these in that case but don't tell Mrs Clipper that I sent them!.
