Has anyone tried these rules for handling larger ship actions?

Is it worth the dollars to check it out?

I went ahead and bought them anyway to take a look at them.

Some interesting concepts and some similarities to SoG as well.

I'll give a full review when I get around to putting fleet to table.

I will be interested to see this when you do it Alan.
I had a look at the book. For $10 it is almost worth buying unseen.
Unfortunately I can't find it on Amazon U.K.

The Business of the commander-in-chief is first to bring an enemy fleet to battle on the most advantageous terms to himself, (I mean that of laying his ships close on board the enemy, as expeditiously as possible); and secondly to continue them there until the business is decided.

If you were looking for a short review, Rob, there is one over at Board Game Geek. https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardg...il-naval-rules

If you were wanting a hard copy, I think that you may have to buy the pdf and print it out yourself.

    Cheers Dave.
    That was very helpful.
I checked again and the little pull-down menu says it is a PDF.
    Thanks.
