    Default New Flag Sheet

    I've added a second flag sheet to files. The British Blue Ensign and the British White Ensign to supplement the Red Ensign from the first sheet. A Spanish flag I believe is more appropriate for Napoleonic Spanish ships than the one I have on the first sheet. And a pirate flag for those wanting something out of the ordinary.
