Absence

Greetings all

Just advising that I am back on the group. I have been away, (Russia, Germany and Switzerland), and my old internet provider failed. It has now been dumped and a new connection is pending.

I visited 2 subs in Russia and one in Germany, as well as the naval museums in St Petersburg and Wilhelmshaven.

For those who have my old email address, the new one is the same name but @gmail.com instead of @bigpond.com.

Regrettably, my desktop also died and the SoG emails saved on it look like being lost too. My data is on external hard drives, thank heavens!!!

Good to have you back aboard Brad, and sorry to hear of your problems with the computer.
You have, however inadvertently done me a favour in reminding me of an oversight on my part. All my Wings of Glory admin is backed up on a thumb drive, but I never put the stuff from here on one. That's a job for me to do.
