    Here are some different drinks.

    The brewer wrote,"

    WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?
Kombucha is simply fermented tea. Friendly bacteria and yeasts are combined with sweetened tea to produce a refreshing and lightly effervescent low-sugar drink. Aside from being absolutely delicious, kombucha is loaded with probiotics and natural acids that are hugely beneficial for gut health and strengthened immunity.

    WHY THE TURTLE?
In Native American and Chinese cultures, the turtle symbolises good health and longevity. A survivor by design, turtles have the ability to protect themselves from harm and often live for up to 150 years.

Kombucha also has protective properties that promote good health and enhance overall well-being."

I do not think that I like the idea of fermented tea, personally.

    BARLOVENTO
In 1811, during the Napoleonic Wars, the English captain George S. Goldroll, carried out the feat of transporting aboard the merchant frigate Windward 800 gallons of Imperial Stout to the port of St. Petersburg. Circumventing the Continental Blockade imposed by the French on British trade.
After a perilous voyage, bordering the Scandinavian coast, suffering storms and raiding enemy ships and icebergs, he managed to reach the court of the Tsar. This successful journey would give the Imperial Stout the strength of smoky and exotic flavour that would make it exceptional.

Orange and ginger give rise to the Baula beer that sponsors the conservation of the turtle of the same name (Dermochelys coriacea).

From the British Bulldog Brewery, Chico, California there is

    Name: Dunkirk.png
Views: 10025

The brewery wrote,"Dunkirk is a port town in northern France, right on the border of Belgium. It was on the beaches of this area where nearly 400,000 British and Allied troops were surrounded by German Panzer divisions in 1940. Defeat was imminent. Then a ragtag flotilla of 800 small private boats assisted with the ferrying of troops back to the UK while being strafed by the Luftwaffe until the RAF drove them off and nearly 90% of the troops were saved."

Then there is - Boston Tea Party: ABV: 54.7 IBU: 42.6

    Name: BostonTeaParty.jpg
Views: 1891
Size: 46.9 KB

The brewer wrote," Prior to the War of Independence there was the infamous destruction of Tea in the Boston harbor as a protest against taxation without representation that was being pushed on the New World. As an ex-pat Brit I have to protest to the waste of this tea. Why not take it and conceal some of this wonderful product in a beer!? So we created this experimental tea beer. A brown ale to reflect the color of a good strong cup of “builder’s” tea and with a hint of Chestnut to add a light sweet nuttiness at the end of the palate.
We hope you like this peace-offering beer as a collaboration of the old and new worlds and enjoy the light smoky tannins of the tea that pervade the flavor profile."

This ale honours an American naval hero from W.W.1 - Edouard Izac - Amber Ale/Black IPA: ABV 6.4% IBU: 41.1.

    Name: EdouardIzac.png
Views: 1387

The brewer wrote," Edouard Izac was a US World War I hero. He received the Medal of Honor for his services and went on to serve in the house of Representatives for California. He was distinguished after being captured by the Germans at sea where he picked up U-boat intelligence and made multiple attempts to escape and finally getting his information to the Allies.
To honor him, this beer uses all German malts and US hops and yeast to represent his 50% German, 50% American heritage."

There is more about him on Wikipedia. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edouard_Izac
