    I was talking about the character. I knew Borgnine was serving in the Pacific theatre during WWII, but here in Spain we didn't know McHale TV series.
    I searched yesterday about it and read it was based in that war theatre.

    During the last season of the show, it was moved from the Pacific theater to the Mediterranean and Italy.
