Default fast moving ships harder to hit?

    Cheers!
I was thinking on a house-rule for making smaller and faster ships to be harder to hit -- some how in the line of over-diving planes in WoW are harder to hit
Additoinally, In other WW2 naval games I play such as Victory At Sea, smaller and faster units (i.e. destroyers) are harder to hit when moving at full speed.
Hence I was thinking frigates and scouts sailing at full sails with green wind being able to 'doge' a damage chip when fired upon
Have this being discussed already? Do you guys think it makes any sence?

I have been thinking the same thing something really easy would be when attacking a ship with a higher Veer rating using the "A" Damage bag draw one less damage chit.

I feel like this is already represented in the fact that a smaller ship finds it easier to maneuver such that it isn't in one of the fire arcs, but I can see the merits of your solution Warspite.

The speed differences would not have much affect when you consider the close ranges ships needed to have in order to fire at one another.
