Damage chits image (A, B, ..)

I bought some small containers from the dollar store to store the damage chits.
I wanted to print the letters in SOG style and place them on the lids.
Are there any stock images of the letter and design around it?

I could scan the chit but that's a round about way (digital image -> chit -> scan chit -> digital image -> home printer ).

Here you go, If you like these I will post the others. The font used in SOG is Bauer Bodoni. The closest free downloadable font I have found to match it is "Bodoni Recut Condensed SSI". I'll post a black and white version of the chit design in jpeg format so you can resize it and print it out.
