Default Bellerophon and Defence vs Redoubtable and Aquilon

A couple months back I had a few friends over for an afternoon game of SoG. It was originally going to be four of us, but we had a last minute cancellation, so I did double duty as captain of the British ships.

My ships are approaching from the left.

Our ships pass, and shots are exchanged.

Bellerophon is hit, and takes an ungodly amount of crew damage.

Defence takes only minor damage to her crew.

    Redoutable is slightly worse off.

And things don't look too good onboard Aquilon.

A few moves later, and... there is no one left on Bellerophon.

Outnumbered, ships hope to put up a fight.

But things aren't going well for Defence.

    And she makes here escape.

Redoutable was still in pretty good shape.

As for Aquilon... one more solid hit and I would have sunk her. Alas.

Nice report and great photos. The close up shots of the ship mats is especially nice to see. Thanks!!

Looks like that was a pretty heated exchange of musketry!

    Does look quite brutal.

Bellerophon took a crew shellacking. The ship itself still had some life in her.

    Thanks for sharing.
