There is also this title on the HNSA site, http://www.hnsa.org/doc/luce/index.htm

The difference is that, being 1891, the manual also includes iron ships and steam power. This work is also FREE to download, and each chapter is a separate file. One slight problem I have advised the site of, the link for Chapter VIII brings up Chapter VII, as does Chapter VII, so for the moment, Chapter VIII is not available.

Still, however, definitely worth a look, heaps of great stuff. The Plates are especiall good.

Just received my copy of Ships of Trafalgar. Awesome. It is in great condition and cost U$105 through Amazon. Lucky I got my Seamanship in the Age of Sail when it was new!

Upon further investigation, Chapter VIII is on the same file as Chapter VII, so it is there. Sometimes it takes me a while.
