Needing chit bags for "C" and "D" counters...

As part of the Kickstarter program, I got the black chit bags, but I only got A, B and E.

How do I get the other two WITHOUT having to buy a new set?
Did I get shorted?

You might not have been shorted; it depends upon your KS level.

They are only available now as a set of 5, A-E.

Well I got 2 'D' bags with my KS instead of a 'C' - they are sending me a replacement bag. If I ever get it I can send you my extra 'D' - right now it is holding the 'C' chits though.

There needs to be a away to buy the C and D bags; otherwise its a bit of a complaint with the Kickstarter to get only half.

Who wants to spend money on bags you already have only to throw them out?

thats why I expanded my pledge to the additional C and D bag with my worldwide lieutnant level last year.

With all of the updates flying around last year, I lost track of even what pledge level I was at.
I wish they would give those of use who only have the 3 bags a chance to buy the other two...

Just talked to Ares and they have no plans to offer the two bags separately. While not what we were hoping for, I can understand it from a business point of view. After the KS guys got them, there would be zero demand for those two by them selves... so they would basically be creating a dead product from day one.

The two bags separately don't need to be a regular product; perhaps it could be direct sales only.

$20 for a bag set isn't bad but the need to buy them again makes the three bags a rather meaningless KS reward.

But they would have to produce more C&D bags compared to the rest, give it a product code and such. So, even with direct sales, it still means producing a new product for a very limited customer base. If it was me, I'd order a full set and take a black Sharpie marker to the embroidery of the two you already have. turn one into a bag to hold the crew damage markers and the other to hold and draw the wind changes out of.

You are right, but John has the point. Three bags are pretty useless gift if you want to have full set. This way you can have either 3, or 8 bags. And you really need exactly 5.
