    Default Reporting for sea duty

    What is that little vertical bar below our national colors? It says I have not reported for sea duty and is white. Others are green but the roll over messages vary. What do we need to do?

    The bars relate to reputation points. The more points you receive, the more bars, and the "higher" the position related to them.
