Alyssa, they are referring to the next set of SOG releases that are non KS and have the design complete. Ares says they will be produced in March in China.
the "competition" is to pick the date of the ships actual release, some tongue in cheek here due to the interminable delays to the first set of releases. Ares assures that as the design work is complete there shouldn't be the same delays. The more pessimistic here (no names) still think the container ship with the models might sink. There will be an earthquake/flood destroying the factory, pirates out of the Aleutians will seize the shipment for ransom and various other acts of god will somehow interfere

Alisa, what Dan said. All you have to do is guess a date that you think the wave 2 shipment will arrive at the Anchorage, and post it on this thread.

Yep, this time the delay is actually a good thing. I just dropped a large order for the new WGF Series 7 minis and having to get Wave 2 now would have been painful. With Ares offering Wave 2 through the original KS is going to make it hard to know how many to stock though :( I think I might throw in some free Cloud Smoke Markers with pre-orders for this one.

Yes, as part of the attempt to make the delay of the Victory and Connie right, they are offering Wave 2 ships via the KS. Only to people that backed the KS though.

That is that one can substitute Wave 2 ships for the Constitution and Victory, if those two were ordered via the KS, correct?
You can either have the monies you paid toward Vic and Con applied to Wave 2, or you can order Wave 2 outright.
