A few weeks ago there was a meeting of the Cryptologic Museum at Ft. Meade where I work. I always go to see what is going on as I was in MI when in the Army. Here is a scan of the front and back cover of a small magazine about the USGC in the War of 1812. Note the back cover has an address so you may be able to get a copy.
