At present 75% want to run with the RN, another 11% spread amongst other countries involved with the various Coalition's wars against France...who are you all going to fight guys? The 14% of us...

French had the finest ships and some of the poorest crews, it's a problem when those damn Brits wouldn't let you out of port!
