Here’s one I doubt has been posted before.
It’s a private bottling for my brother, my stepdad, and me.
The pictures at the bottom of the label are of us sailing on Tre Kronor af Stockholm.

Don't worry. I don't think it's any good anyways.

A Swedish whisky for sale at an auction at the ridiculous price of £3500 with the current bid at £6000

I’m mostly drinking it. It’s whisky from two different barrels of Bruichladdich that a few friends bought almost 15 years ago.
This is a mango daquiri at La Floridita, Hemmingway’s favourite drink at his favourite bar, and the connection to the sea is The Old Man and the Sea.

Perhaps not so much the drink itself as that it’s a piñacolada at Hotel National in Havana with the Gulf of Mexico in the background. Historical waters for age of sails people.

This was the blended whisky:...

Apparently I wasn't too drunk to google it after all...
I was just at a whisky and rum expo in Linköping. There I drank a rum called Gunroom. It was made according to old British regulations. It had the old spices used to hide the taste of badly made...

"Land i sikte" is Swedish for "Land in sight" which is the standard phrase for "Land ohoy".
Didn't use that one for my Johan Puke campaign.

"Land i sikte" means "Land in sight" and is used as Land ohoy!
It was good, but not the best beer I've drunk. Will drink again.
Thank you for turning it the right way, Rob.
I just encountered
