Ships don't paint themselves, and out at sea the painting NEVER stops. Starting at the bow, just about the time you hit the stern wave action has worn away the paint on the bow so it's time to start all over again... less crew means less hands for damage control and less pinch-hitters for WHEN you DO take casualties.
Sounds like my house DB. The painting never seems to stop here, and that ain't just my models.:wink:
