Throwing Thunderbolts

Just a short note to announce the publication of my new book, Throwing Thunderbolts A Wargamer's Guide to the War of the First Coalition 1792-7. The book includes 10 scenarios, three of which are naval scenarios. These are The Glorious First of June - the Van, the battle off Banda Aceh 9/09/1796 and the Droits de l'Homme 13-14/01/1797. These are set up for both Sails of Glory and Fighting Sail. In the process I managed to accumulate a collection of 48 SoG ships, not bad for a secondary interest.
