Movement Card After Mast Repair

A ship moved using a broken mast maneuver card in the prior turn but during that turn the mast was also repaired. What veer rating does a broken mast maneuver card have when it comes to picking a maneuver card the following turn once the mast is repaired? Or, can the player play any maneuver card he chooses the first turn after repairing a mast?

I would always assume 5!
I don't think there's anything in the rules about it.

I didn't see anything but 5 makes sense so that's what I'll go with.
