The picture on the lid is a copy of 'HMS Excalibur off Dominica' by Sarel Theron painted in 2010. HMS Excalibur was supposedly a 104 gun ship with a complemant of 820.
It was a fictitious ship. The only HMS Excalibur ever to belong to the Royal Navy was a submarine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMS_Excalibur
That's a beautiful puzzle. I would enjoy making that one. I find building puzzles quite relaxing. It would be nice to do one this fall.
