While it looks like we may have a little bit of a wait before we can sink our teeth into this excellent game, I'm very excited about picking it up.
I was a big fan of Wizkids' Pirates game while it was still in print, and have dabbled in boardgames on the topic since the Wooden Ships & Iron Men days.
This should be just the right mix of mechanics transparent to the player and detail enough for "fun tactics."
