I found this Startbox in a new Store here in Wuppertal. I did not heard about that game before. You can find it at "Black Seas" by Warlord Games. for me it is new.
Who knows more about that game or have played it?

Got it. The starterbox Master and Commander is a perfect start. Looks fantastic, a perfect styled rolebook, including all you need. Core rules, additional and advanced rules, Fleetbuilding, painting, scenarios etc. Because of my bad english I need more time to read it complete.
But I think it is a good alternative and also a good complement; think to combine them.
