Ares posted a reply to a KS inquiry concerning the "scenario" booklet a few hours ago. This was a stretch goal; see the following:
@Brian, The Scenario booklet is ready, but the layout is not complete yet. I can post it as a Word document - the scenarios are usable, just not looking as nice as they will be in the final version.
If folks are interested in getting it now as a word document posting on the KS forums might be a good idea?

Just posted on the kickstarter requesting the word version now to tide me over. Patience has never been my strongest attribute, id be happy to have a basic version to read now and have the better download later.

Part of me would like to see the 'Word' booklet now, but the other side realizes that it may not really be ready for prime time? I just wanted folks here to know what came up on the KS comments page.
I'd much rather wait for the finished product. Not everyone has even gotten their game yet and those that have could not be bored yet with the ones in the main rule book or just going head to head could they? My concern is that the Word doc will be released and than their will be people complaining that it was a wasted stretch goal based on the incompleteness of it... not knowing it was simply a draft that was released to us.
I second that, I would rather wait for it to be done properly. New ink smell and all that......:happy:
No ships yet, so I can wait.
With the limited number of ship classes for now, I wonder just how varied scenarios will be.
Is there any word on the downloadable Scenario Pack yet?
I've heard nothing via my channels.
I will also wait for the finished product. But I am curious as to how far reaching the boolet will be. Is it just for the first release of ships or will it include say US and Spanish engagements?

I've had a quick skim - no time for more today as we are up to our elbows in house build planning! Good to see the way they are thinking here, and some interesting optional rules and ship stat mods to reflect various ship specifics that will be invaluable to those putting together ship stat sets and their own scenarios.

Yes, only the draft is available now for those that can't wait on the finished product.
Minor issue... they say sub a Temeraire for HMS Elephant on "Blockade of Saint Domingue", but all four British ships in the engagement are Slade 74's.
