Testing Changes to My Soloplay System

I decided to upgrade my Soloplay System and test the new variation against the old.







The British are using the old, the Americans are using the new. Here, the gods of probability decide that the British will have the weathergauge.



Again, probability frowns on the Americans. The British first shot is a stern rake. I was using a simplified damage system to concentrate on how the ships maneuvered, but that would have been a great chit draw!



The Americans return the favor, granted, in a much reduced way.

The adversaries are peculiarly cautious.

The British take the day! This was the first of four games I ran this way. The Americans won the second and the third was a bloodbath tie. The fourth was two on two, and it looked like the British were going to take that one too before I got confused and threw in the towel for everyone.

Overall, more research is needed, but I caught some typo errors and clarified the rules.
