Default La Real. Spanish Galley XVI century. 1/350

    Hello everyone,
I add some pictures on my last project. It is a war galley sixteenth century. To make the helmet I used a brand galley from Old Glory. Masts, sails and oars are from Langton (Xebec kit), the other parts are built by hand or spare parts from other projects. I hope you like it.

    Best regards,
    Julián

It is already very impressive Julián.
I like the way that in its current state it is easy to understand just how you are piecing it together from ready made parts, found items and scratch built pieces.
    Superb!

No more drooling Richard. Or between us we may very well sink it before it even completes fitting out!

Ah well, that puts it in line with your average pre dreadnought's main armament!

It is looking really good, Julian!

It may have four times a modern ship's main gun armament but a modern ship could sink it with one shell before it got into range.

As usual, Julián, beautiful work thus far. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished piece.

One imagines, looking at that crew, there may be a fair queue for the heads!

The next step will be to put the sails furled and rigging. And the last step will be flags and pennants.
