If you are going to have Cruziers, you need to have the American ship-sloops...either Wasp/Hornet or the later large ship-sloops of 1814.

Light Second (84-88; a rarity)
Heavy Third (80; mainly a French/Spanish thing)
Medium Third (68-74)
Light Third (62-66)
Heavy Fourth (56-60; two-deckers or frigates)
Light Fourth (50-54; two-deckers or frigates)
Heavy Fifth (40-44; mostly frigates but some small two-deckers)
Medium Fifth (36-38)
Light Fifth (30-34)
Heavy Sixth (26-28; corvettes/post-ships)
Light Sixth (22-24; corvettes/post-ships)
Heavy Unrated (14-20; ship-sloops and larger brig-sloops)
Medium Unrated (10-14; gun-brigs and smaller brig-sloops)
Light Unrated (<10; cutters, schooners etc.)
