Fred, that's a great compromise. A very easy house rule to implement, and seems to work quite well.
Very succinct and answered my minor question about backfilling on turn 2.

Like I said I just picked up the whole thing on Saturday and then had a busy weekend, so I haven't even gotten to fully appreciate what's in the starter set, but I'm gonna find a way to use them,...
Solo campaign? That's right up my alley, as I don't have anyone to play with! Like I said, I took the ships to give the game a good home. :shock:

Where are those discussions and what were the results? It would be nice to have those ships come out of mothballs.
